Content: A weekend of work designed for those who want to explore the potential of their own voice as an expressive instrument, balancing vocal technique with the power of imagination. The cello accompanies us on this journey, bridging the connection between sound and vibration.The work includes:
Basic exercises to connect the body, breath, and sound, encouraging the grounding of the voice.
Vocal and physical exercises for the “liberation” of vocal energy.
Games to connect sound to one’s inner life.
Playful approaches to the texts proposed by the participants.
The workshop is open to everyone. No prior musical knowledge is required. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

Il violoncello ci accompagnerá in questo viaggio, come nesso tra suono e vibrazioni.
– esercizi di base per collegare corpo, respiro e suono, incoraggiando il processo di “radicamento” della voce;
– esercizi vocali e corporei per la “liberazione” dell’energia vocale;
– giochi per connettere il suono alla propria vita interiore;
– approcci ludici dei testi proposti dai partecipanti.
Si prega d’indossare abiti comodi e adatti al movimento.
